HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To make a return, please follow the below steps:
- Head to our returns portal
- You’ll need your order number, eg #91394
- You'll need the shipping postcode used on your original order
CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind, you can return your item provided that the product is unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached in a resalable condition. If the item has been damaged in any way the product will not be accepted upon return.
For a change of mind return, you have within 30 days of receiving your order to lodge a return. You will be provided with the option to exchange the product, or receive a store credit. Please note; we do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind returns.
CSB SWIM RETURNS
We understand how important it is too feel comfortable and confident in your swimwear so we are pleased to offer returns for an exchange or a gift card for all of our CSB Swim products. To ensure industry hygiene standards are abided by, we kindly ask that you pay extra attention to the following additional requirements to ensure we can process your CSB Swim returns successfully:
The hygiene sticker must remain attached to the garment
CSB Swim bottoms are to be tried on over the top of undergarments
The change of mind policy will not apply to products that are on sale or have been marked down from their original price. Products that are marked down 40% and above will be final sale and are not eligible for return.
Please ensure that the item you are returning is packaged adequately to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.
- Items are unworn/unwashed and in resalable condition;
- In the original packaging with tags;
- Adequately packaged for transit; and
- Return label clearly displayed on parcel.
COST OF RETURNS
Returns within Australia are free and trackable. Please note that outside Australia, customers will be charged a subsidised fee of $25AUD to cover shipping and handling. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
In the event that you receive a faulty item and we are unable to exchange that item for you, we will provide you with a refund. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, you are required to send photo evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund upon the item being received back into our facility.
Please note that Crop Shop Boutique has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufacturing fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided.
Returns for faulty or wrong items will be eligible for exchange when they are returned to our facility within 40 days of the purchase date. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted by Crop Shop Boutique, and will remain your responsibility. If you select to complete a direct product-for-product exchange, the exchange product cannot then be returned. Returns will be accepted where the items are:
- Unworn, undamaged and unmarked;
- In their original condition and original packaging; and
- With the original labels, tags and promotional items.
