To make a return click here. Please ensure your return meets the following criteria:

1 - Items are unworn/unwashed and in resalable condition;

2 - In the original packaging with tags;

3 - Adequately packaged for transit; and

4 - Return label clearly displayed on parcel.

Standard - 2+ Business Days
Express - 1-3 Business Days

International
New Zealand - 2-5 Business Days
US/Canada - 2-4 Business Days
Europe - 2-5 Business Days
Rest of World - 2-5 Business Days

As soon as your order has been packed you will be emailed with your tracking information. This will give you the most up to date information about the location of your parcel.

** Please kindly understand due to the recent global events with Covid-19 there have been some delays with parcels being received. Domestic orders to Victoria State have been heavily effected

Crop Shop Boutique does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Import Taxes will vary for each individual country depending on your order contents.

For the fastest response, please contact the appropriate courier service to advise them of your address change.

International orders are sent with UPS (1800 742 5877)
