This return policy applies to products purchased from cropshopboutique.com.

We offer free exchanges for all Australian customers. International customers will be charged a subsidised fee of $25AUD to cover shipping and handling.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To lodge a return, please follow the below steps:
- Head to our returns portal here.
- You’ll need your order number, eg #91394
- You'll need the shipping postcode used on your original order

- Return for an Exchange
CHANGE OF MIND?

If you change your mind, you can return your item for an Exchange or Store Credit provided that the item(s) meets our Return Conditions. Please see our Return Conditions below.

If the item does not meet our Return Conditions it will not be accepted upon return.

Please note; we do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind or change of size returns.

You have within 30 days of receiving your order to lodge a return.

You will be provided with the option to exchange the product, or receive a Gift Card as Store Credit.

Products that are marked down by 40% or more from their original price are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.
- All CSB returns are to be lodged through our Returns Portal, orders not processed through the Portal are your responsibility and cannot be guaranteed to be processed without accurate information to follow.
RETURN CONDITIONS
In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:
- must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
- must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
- must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.
Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.
EXCHANGES:
Wrong size or doesn’t suit you? Opt to exchange for another size or item. Your exchange items will be sent as soon as your return is processed.
Please note; we cannot hold products for exchange. Please send your return off as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your exchange items!
Exchange Items that are out of stock will be issued as a store credit.
Discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges.
By choosing to “Shop Now” you have the ability to return your item for an exchange and add additional products to your exchange order.
INSTANT EXCHANGES:
Upon lodging an exchange you will have the option to choose an Instant Exchange.
An Instant Exchange gives you peace of mind that you will receive your exchange products before they sell out.
If an Instant Exchange is chosen, you will be required to enter your card information, and your exchange order will be created immediately. Our Return system will then place a hold on your card for $1AUD.
As soon as the product is in transit back to us, we will remove the hold. Any customers that don't return the exchange product within 28 days, you will be charged for the new product.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT:
Can’t decide now? Opt to return for Store Credit and decide later. Your Store Credit will become active once we have received your product back at our facility.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and Store Credit issued.
Store Credit is issued to you in the form of Gift Card and is emailed electronically to the original email address from the order. Please check your spam/junk mail if you haven’t received this yet.
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from issue date and are non-refundable.
Discount Codes previously applied are excluded from the Return Store Credit value.
ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- SALE ITEMS; products marked down by 40% off or more are final sale and will not be eligible for return.
- CSB Water Bottles and Keep Cups are not eligible for Return and will not be accepted.
- CSB Underwear and Socks are not eligible for Return and will not be accepted.
FAULTY/WRONG ITEMS
In the event that you receive a faulty or wrong item and we are unable to exchange that item for you, we will provide you with a refund. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, you are required to send photo evidence to info@cropshopboutique.com. If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund upon the item being received back into our facility.
Please note that Crop Shop Boutique has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufacturing fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided. Some new products may have a loose thread leftover from the manufacturing process, these can be hand-trimmed off with your scissors like those on other garments.
Returns for faulty or wrong items will be eligible for exchange when they are returned to our facility within 40 days of the purchase date. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted by Crop Shop Boutique, and will remain your responsibility. If you select to complete a direct product-for-product exchange, the exchange product cannot be returned again.

How long can I take to make a Return?
In the event that you need to return, you have 30 days to process your Return.
What does it cost to Return?
Returns within Australia are free and trackable. Please note that outside Australia, customers will be charged a subsidised fee of $25AUD to cover shipping and handling.
My order was delayed, will I still be able to return after 30 days?
If you are not able to process this through our Return Portal, please email info@cropshopboutique.com with the item(s) you wish to return and our Team will be able to assist you.
Can I return for a refund?
We do not provide monetary refunds on change of mind or size returns, unless a product is deemed faulty and a genuine manufacturer fault as approved by our Team.
Can I return/exchange Sale Items?
Sale Items marked down by 40% off or more, are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I return CSB Swim?
We offer returns for an exchange or gift card for all of our CSB Swim products provided that;
- CSB Swim are tried on over the top of undergarments
- The hygiene sticker remains intact, undamaged and attached to the garment.
Can I return CSB Water Bottles or Keep Cups?
CSB Water Bottles and Keep Cups are not eligible for Return and will not be accepted.
How long will it take to process my Return?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
I received a faulty/wrong item, what should I do?
Please email into our Team, with photos of the faulty item. From there we will be able to provide you with some options as compensation.
Can I return more than one order in one return parcel?
Unfortunately we are not able to merge returns together, however if you get in touch with our team they will be happy to assist.
In the event that you have already sent more than one return in the same parcel please contact us at info@cropshopboutique.com asap, providing the tracking number you have sent this under.
Due to the volume of returns we receive, we kindly ask that you ship the return back with the label provided to you in the portal for the exact products, as this is the best way to assist our team.
