CSB Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern Crop Shop Boutique (“CSB Loyalty Program”), and members of the program will earn points in connection with the purchase of qualifying online products and online activities that are redeemable towards the purchase of certain offers online.

SECTION 1 - MEMBERSHIP

No purchase is necessary to obtain membership in the CSB Loyalty Program, but you must establish an account at https://cropshopboutique.com/account/register . Please see our privacy policy, located at https://cropshopboutique.com/pages/privacy-policy , to understand how information you provide us will be used. This program is void where prohibited.

SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible for the CSB Loyalty Program, create an account as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, and the general website Terms and Conditions: https://cropshopboutique.com/pages/terms-conditions

SECTION 3 - HOW TO JOIN

Confirm your email address by clicking in the confirmation email sent.

SECTION 4 - HOW TO ACCESS/CHANGE MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

You must keep your personal information on your Account up-to-date. To do so, click on the "My Account" section and access your account by entering your registered email address and current password. From your dashboard you can access your account information; review your current and past orders; change your profile; manage your subscriptions; and access your previous purchases.

You can view your current Points balance via widget located at the bottom-left of the screen while logged in to your account.

SECTION 5 - EARNING POINTS

Members can earn points for signing up for a customer account, purchasing products, or leaving a review on products ordered via cropshopboutique.com.

To receive points for your online purchases or review, you must be signed into your account. You may check at any time to see if you are signed in to the site by looking in the upper right corner of the site.

You will not earn points for shipping fees, GST or purchases made with gift vouchers.

Earning Events:

VIP (Placed Order):

Earn 1 Point for every $1 spent

Gold Member (Placed Order):

Earn 2 Points for every $1 spent

Queen (Placed Order):

Earn 3 Points for every $1 spent

Leave Review (ALL)

100 Points for every approved review (limit 10 reviews per 30 days)

Achieved Gold Member Tier (Spend $750 since entering Program)

Earn 500 Points

Achieved Queen Member Tier (Spend $2000 since entering Program)

Earn 500 Points

Placed 3rd Order

Earn 250 Points

Placed 5th Order

Earn 350 Points

You must be logged into the website to earn points.

Points are based on your order subtotal, after any discounts, only.

Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number.

SECTION 6 - SPENDING POINTS

Points must be redeemed in increments outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

The minimum purchase for which points will apply is $10.00. Points may only be used online at the cropshopboutique.com.

Members can use their points to reduce the purchase price of a product or to receive a product for free based on the following scale:

500 points = $10.00 OFF

1000 points = FREE SHIPPING

1000 points = FREE CSB TOWEL

1250 points = FREE CSB SOCKS

Points can redeemed using the widget located at the bottom-left of the screen while logged in to the member’s account. When a minimum balance of 500 points has been earned, members can spend these points in exchange for a discount code. If a member has a balance of more than 500 points, they can use the slider provided to adjust the value of the discount code by choosing ot spend more points. For example, if 1000 points exist, the member can use the slider to select and spend 1000 points, which will generate a discount code for $20 (using the 500 Points = $10 OFF exchange rate).

Important: Discount codes generated through the CSB Loyalty Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, cancellation, declined credit card or gift card will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction. Points cannot be reapplied back to your rewards account for any reason on a returned order. If a return/cancellation will cause your account to have a negative point balance, you will not begin earning points again until your points balance is returned to zero (0), by making purchases, or engaging in other promotional activities offered from time to time. Rewards used on an order that is cancelled (before the item ships or a label has been printed) may request those rewards be applied back to your rewards account. If your item has begun the shipping process, rewards cannot be reapplied.

SECTION 8 - REFERRAL PROGRAM

As a rewards member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Crop Shop Boutique Terms of Use and Crop Shop Boutique Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Crop Shop Boutique referral program. Details below.

Referrer: Only CSB rewards members can refer a friend

Friend (that’s the person being referred): Friends, however, must be new customers and must use the referral code for their first purchase for it to count as a referral.

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Crop Shop Boutique referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Crop Shop Boutique sole discretion.

No Spam: You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Crop Shop Boutique referral program.

Right to Close Accounts: Crop Shop Boutique reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Friend and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Friend attempts to use the Crop Shop Boutique referral program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Current Referral Offers & Rewards:

Referee offer is $15 AUD off any purchase of $75 AUD.

Referrer reward is 1000 points upon successful checkout of referee

Referral Codes:

Please note that referral purchases and redemptions are only valid in places where Crop Shop Boutique currently ships.

Please note the cost of shipping is not included in the rewards discount.

This code cannot be combined with any other offers.

Multiple codes: Each referral code is single-use and can be used for one purchase.

Rewards expire at 11:59 PM UTC, 6 months after being issued

Referral code requires a minimum spend of $75 AUD.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms: Crop Shop Boutique reserves the right to end, pause, or disable the program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Referral discounts earned before Crop Shop Boutique ends/pauses/disables will be valid as usual until expiry date, but once the program is on hold, there will be no discount for the referred or referee reward.

SECTION 9 - GENERAL

By creating an account at cropshopboutique.com and joining the CSB Loyalty Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms that may be associated with the CSB Loyalty Program. Crop Shop Boutique reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or restrict the CSB Loyalty Program, your account, the redemption of points, or any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Crop Shop Boutique may make these changes even though such changes may affect your ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. A Member's points balance, as reflected in Crop Shop Boutique’s records, shall be deemed correct. Crop Shop Boutique reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member's account based on Crop Shop Boutique’s internal records related to such Member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member's account as stated on any Member's receipt and Crop Shop Boutique’s internal records, Crop Shop Boutique’s internal records will prevail. Crop Shop Boutique assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. Your right to transfer points earned or granted under the Program is strictly limited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. All transactions involving points and all Member accounts are subject to review and verification by Crop Shop Boutique. The points balance in a Member's account may be unavailable for use when an account or transaction is under review. Crop Shop Boutique may revoke any Member's membership in the CSB Loyalty Program at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the CSB Loyalty Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect a Member's eligibility for participation in any other Crop Shop Boutique’s program, present or future. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the Program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of Crop Shop Boutique. The Terms and Conditions of our CSB Loyalty Program are subject to change at Crop Shop Boutique’s sole discretion at any time and without notice to customers. Upon customer’s at-will termination of their CropShopBoutique.com registered account, or if a customer is termination for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other activities in violation of the intent and good faith intended use of this Site, all points will immediately be forfeited and will no longer be redeemable. Crop Shop Boutique will make reasonable efforts to award points as outlined above to all registered qualifying CropShopBoutique.com customers, but is not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.
